Free Range Internet uses your information only to provide and support internet service, including managing customer accounts, processing authorized payments, arranging appointments, answering support requests, and delivering authorized communications. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Information we collect. We collect information you give us, such as your name, business name, service and billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, contact preferences, and SMS consent. We keep technical, service, appointment, equipment, billing, payment, and support records needed to operate your service, including messages you exchange with our staff. Payment details are processed through our payment processor. Our account records may include payment-method identifiers and limited details such as the type of payment method and its last four digits.
How we use information. We use this information to operate your service and account, process authorized transactions, provide receipts and renewal reminders, schedule work, resolve issues, authenticate requested account access, protect our systems, and meet recordkeeping obligations. We use your contact preferences and consent records to determine which messages to send.
SMS privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotions, lead generation, or their independent analytics. SMS consent and opt-in records are excluded from disclosures for those purposes. We disclose phone numbers, message information, and consent status only as needed to providers and carriers that help operate and deliver our messaging program, or when disclosure is required by law. These providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
Limited disclosures. We disclose information only to providers as needed to deliver and support your internet service, or as required by law. For example, payment processors receive information needed to process authorized payments, and messaging providers and carriers receive information needed to deliver texts. Providers are authorized to process information only for those service functions, with no sale, independent marketing, or unrelated use. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
Retention and security. We retain information as needed for the purposes described above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
